Sabine Schut-Kery is a world class dressage rider and trainer who’s most recent accomplishment is a silver medal in Team Dressage at the 2021 Tokyo Olympics aboard Sanceo. Originally from Krefeld, Germany, Sabine was classically trained under Jean Bemelmanns for three years before completing her official “Bereiter” exam with the Federation Nationale in Germany. In 1998, she came to the United States to be the head trainer at Proud Meadows in Texas.

Along with her silver medal at the 2021 Tokyo Olympics, Sabine’s other prestigious accomplishments include earning Team Gold in Dressage at the Pan-Am Games in 2015; helping the US to win team gold at the Nations Cup in 2018; and she was recently awarded the Carol Lavelle Advanced Dressage Training Grant.
