Cody Lamont is the owner and trainer at Lamont Cross Performance Horses, located in Scottsdale, Arizona. Cody specializes in professional training of cutting, roping, and working cow horses. Originally from Australia, Cody moved to the United States in 2010 as an assistant to Al Dunning. As a trainer’s assistant, Cody has accomplished many goals, one of them being Western Nationals Open Champion in 2013 aboard Zack and Blue one of two horses in which he has earned World titles. In 2015, Cody and his wife, Majerle, started their business training elite performance horses of all ages and disciplines, as well as assisting non-pro and amateur riders succeed in their desires as horsemen and showmen. Cody strives to help his riders maximize and achieve their goals in the horse world.
